This Nicaragua medium roast is for dads who appreciate the details—because the details matter. Grown by smallholder farmers in Molino Norte, Matagalpa, Nicaragua, at 900–1590 meters in clay-mineral soil, it features cocoa, floral, and bright citrus tones from Yellow and Red Catuai, Catimor, and Parainema varieties.
Fully washed, fermented 12–14 hours, then patio and raised-bed dried, it’s a clean, balanced cup that proves doing things right always tastes better.
